Say What?!: City Waiving Minor Traffic Citations to Encourage Toy Donations

ST. MARYS, Pa. – A Pennsylvania police department is waiving citations for some minor traffic violations to encourage residents to donate toys for the holidays.

The St. Marys City Police Department announced on Facebook the 2017 St. Marys Cops for Kids Program involves officers handing out flyers instead of some citations for minor traffic offenses.
