LONDON, UK – London residents took to Twitter to express their shock at seeing a $469,000 Rolls-Royce covered in velvet outside an upscale store.
Social media users said the Rolls-Royce Phantom drophead coupe, which was apparently draped in velvet by French company Velvet Cars, was spotted parked next to Harrods Sunday in the Knightsbridge area of west London, and has been photographed elsewhere in recent days.
