VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A Virginia man defied odds and came away with a $2 million dollar prize after buying duplicate lottery tickets.
When Bernard Bennick couldn’t remember whether or not he had purchased a ticket for Virginia Lottery’s Bank a Million game he decided to buy another ticket using the exact same numbers. When the winners were announced he realized that not only had he indeed bought two tickets, but both were winners.
