RICHMOND, Va. – A woman in Richmond Va. was unsure whether or not the lottery ticket she purchased was a winner, until she turned to Apple’s well-known computer assistance program for help.
After buying a Virginia Lottery ticket from a local Kroger grocery store, Veola Thomas decided to ask Siri for help. The voice activated program then directed Thomas to the Virginia Lottery website where she discovered that she had won the $250,000 grand prize.
