Scuffle at Cookport Fair Leads to Charges for Four Teens

GREEN TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police say four teens are facing charges following a fight that took place at the Cookport Fair last week.

According to Indiana-based State Police, a fight between four teens occurred around 7:38 p.m. on September 17, at the Cookport Fair on State Route 240 in Green Township, Indiana County.

Police say the involved individuals were identified as a 19-year-old male from Cherry Tree, a 17-year-old male from Clymer, a 16-year-old male from Emeigh, and a 15-year-old male from Emeigh.

The names of the suspects were not released.

According to police, during the altercation, the 19-year-old and the 17-year-old suffered injuries to their faces.

Police say two of the individuals were charged with simple assault and harassment and the other two individuals were charged with harassment.
