Second Annual Salvation Army Motorcycle Ride Set for August 31

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – The Salvation Army in Venango County will be holding its 2nd Annual “Ride for the Red Shield” motorcycle ride on Saturday, August 31.

All proceeds benefit the Salvation Army in Venango County.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at The Salvation Army, 737 Elk Street, Franklin, Pa.

A “Bike Blessing” by CMA (Prayer Warriors #425) will be held at 9:45 a.m.

Driver pre-registration is $15.00 or $25.00 on the day of the event. Rider registration is $10.00.

All participants will receive a skull cap.

An after ride party will be held at Oil Creek State Park located at 305 State Park Rd, Oil City Pa. Stop by the party after the ride for food, prizes, and fellowship!
