Shirley Ann Cable, 67, of Buskirk Rd., Falls Creek, Pa. died Friday, April 24, 2015, at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born June 15, 1947, Shirley was the daughter of Gerald Gilligan and Grace (Burkhouse) Gilligan.
She was married to Ronald W. Cable who preceded her in death on December 6, 2011.
Shirley was the assistant to the Director at Triangle Tech, a payroll clerk at Brockway Glass, and a volunteer for DuBois Hospital.
She enjoyed golfing and her five cats.
Shirley is survived by her mother, Grace Gilligan, of Richardsville; two sons, Ronald W. Cable Jr. and Craig A. Cable (Amy); and one daughter Jody Lohr (Boyd). Also surviving are five brothers, Dick Gilligan (Diane), Gerry Gilligan, Sam Gilligan (Chris), Tom Gilligan, Denny Gilligan; three sisters Charlotte McQuown (John), Ruth Gilligan, Diana Mahlon (Eric); and eight grandchildren, Jacqueline, Logan, Amanda, Zacky, Shannon, Boyd, Kimberlee, and Billy Jean.
She was preceded in death by her father and her husband.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 28 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at McKinney Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Brookville, Pa. 15825.
The service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday April 29 at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Temple Cemetery in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County.
