Shirley L. “Nena” Lundy, 76, Marienville, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born August 8, 1939 in St. Mary’s; daughter of the late Wayne and Louise (Lewis) Schrubb. Shirley was married to Leo F. “Windy” Lundy for 53yrs before his passing on January 13, 2010.
Shirley is survived by her four children: Elden (Kim) Lundy or Byrnedale, Barbara (William) Rollick of Woodland, Chester (Wendy) Lundy of Nunda, NY and Michele Bellotti of Marienville; three sisters: Doris (Ernie) Smith of PA, Jill Cameron of OH and Margaret (Bob) Smith of DuBois; two brothers: Donald (Judy) Schrubb of Gardner Hill and Leo (Lynn) Schrubb of North Dakota; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Shirley was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Marienville, She loved bingo and loved being with her family.
Visitation will be held from 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Friday and 9-10am on Saturday at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home in Penfield. Services will follow at 10am at the funeral home with Reverend Lola J. Turnbull officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Cemetery.
