SANDY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Dubois-based state police say a simple assault occurred on May 12 around 6:00 p.m. in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.
According to police, the responded to a report of a domestic assault at a location along S.R. 255.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that a known 27-year-old man and a known 20-year-old woman had assaulted each other.
The man was taken into custody and transported to the Clearfield County Jail and is waiting arraignment.
The woman was cited via Non-Traffic Citation.
