State Police Calls: DUI Crashes, DUI

Police sirenJEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Snyder Township

A DUI crash occurred around 12:39 a.m. on December 23 on State Route 219, in Snyder Township.

A known, 21-year-old Brockway man was involved in a one-vehicle crash.

While speaking with him, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was evident on his breath.

He was subsequently arrested for DUI and other summary traffic violations.

Charges are pending blood results.

DUI Crash in Union Township

A DUI crash occurred around 4:09 a.m. on December 23 on DuBois Rockton Road, in Union Township, Clearfield County.

A known, 35-year-old DuBois woman was involved in a one-vehicle crash.

While speaking with her, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was evident on her breath.

She was subsequently arrested for DUI and other summary traffic violations.

Charges are pending blood results.

DUI in Sandy Township

A DUI arrest was made around 1:06 a.m. on December 22 on State Route 119, in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.

A known, 46-year-old Punxsutawney woman was stopped on Route 119 for several summary traffic violations.

While speaking with her, a mild odor of an alcoholic beverage was evident on her breath.

She was subsequently arrested for DUI and other summary traffic violations.

Charges are pending blood results.

The names of the suspects in these incidents were not released.
