State Police Calls: DUI in Pine Creek Township, Harassment in Bell Township

JEFFERSON/CLEARFIELD CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Pine Creek Township

Court documents indicate the Punxsutawney-based State Police filed the following charges against 26-year-old Kenneth Dean Imbrogno of Johnsonburg, through Magisterial District Judge Gregory M Bazylak’s office on October 26:

– Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
– DUI: Controlled Substance – Schedule 2 or 3 – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
– DUI: Controlled Substance – Impaired Ability – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
– Disregard Traffic Lane (Single), Summary
– Careless Driving, Summary
– Reckless Driving, Summary

The charges are related to an incident that allegedly occurred in Pine Creek Township on August 19.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on December 1, with Judge Bazylak presiding.

Harassment in Bell Township

Around 12:47 p.m. on October 21, an incident of harassment was reported to Punxsutawney-based State Police.

The incident, which involved a known 15-year-old female victim from Altoona, allegedly occurred at a location on Mahaffey Grampian Highway in Bell Township, Clearfield County.

The investigation is ongoing.
