State Police Calls: DUI, Disorderly Conduct, Traffic Accident

state_policeJEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) —DuBois-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Reynoldsville Borough

State Police made a DUI arrest following a traffic stop on Christmas night.

According to DuBois-based State Police, a 53-year-old Reynoldsville man was stopped for an equipment violation on East Main Street at North Third Street in Reynoldsville when it was determined that he was DUI.

Charges are pending.

Treasure Lake Woman Accused of Disorderly Conduct

A Treasure Lake woman was accused of disorderly conduct by DuBois-based State Police after a Christmas evening incident in Falls Creek.

Police say Leiloni DeLong, 31, of Treasure Lake, was accused of yelling and throwing a pair of shoes at a residence on Reed Street.

DeLong was allegedly asked to leave the residence several times before she spun her tires and drove away, according to police.

Brockway Trio Escape Injuries in Accident

Three Brockway residents escaped injuries after a two-vehicle accident in Sandy Township, Clearfield County, on Thursday, December 29.

DuBois-based State Police say Aaron Barraclough, 21, of Brockway was driving a 2008 Pontiac G6 north on Route 219 when he hit the rear of a 2007 Chevy Cruze, driven by Brian Buganza, 46, of Brockway.

Barraclough’s vehicle traveled off the east end of the road and hit a guide rail.

Barraclough, Brian Buganza, and Jennifer Buganza, 40, of Brockway, a passenger in the Cruze, were all wearing their seat belts and were not injured.
