State Police Calls: Drug Possession Incident, Unauthorized Use of Vehicle Investigation

JEFFERSON/INDIANA CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating the following calls:

Drug Possession in Perry Township

Court documents indicate the Punxsutawney-Based State Police filed the following charges against Beth Ann Gervasoni, of Punxsutawney, on September 13:

– Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
– Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor

The charges stem from an incident in Perry Township on June 10, according to the court document.

A preliminary hearing for the case has not yet been scheduled.

Unauthorized use of Motor Vehicle in Grant Township

Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating an incident where known 39-year-old male victim from Glen Campbell reported that his girlfriend used his vehicle without authorization.

The incident reportedly took place on September 14 in Grant Township, Indiana County, and involved a 2003 Dodge vehicle.

The suspect’s name was not released.

No additional details are available at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
