State Police Calls: Disorderly Conduct, DUI

JEFFERSON/CLEARFIELD CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Disorderly Conduct in Knox Township

Around 4:56 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a civil dispute over property between a 33-year-old Brookville man and a 49-year-old Knox Dale man at a location on Knapp Lane in Knox Township, Jefferson County.

Police say both individuals were cited for summary disorderly conduct through District Court 54-3-03.

DUI in Bell Township

Around 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, Punxsutawney-based State Police stopped a 2008 Suzuki operated by a known 40-year-old man on Colonel Drake Highway/Bracken Road in Bell Township, Clearfield County.

Police say during the traffic stop, the man was found to be driving under the influence.

Charges are pending.
