INDIANA CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:
Fraud in North Mahoning Township
Sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on March 16, an incident of theft by deception occurred on Elbel Road, in North Mahoning Township.
A known, male victim received a fraudulent check for a truck that he had for sale.
The victim did not cash the check.
No other information was provided.
Police Release Details on Theft of Motor Vehicle in Canoe Township
A theft of a motor vehicle occurred on Setree Drive, in Canoe Township, sometime between June 1, 2015, and September 1, 2015.
A known victim reported that his 2004 Suzuki ATV was sold by a known person without his permission.
The name of the suspect was not provided.
