Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating the following incidents.
Lost Gun in State Gamelands
A 60-year-old man reported that he lost a SR Security Six, .357 Stainless 6″ pistol at the State Gamelands #195 in southeastern Jefferson County.
The serial number on the gun is 16105679.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Punxsutawney at 814-938-0510.
Accidental Shooting in West Mahoning
PSP Punxsutawney investigated an accidental shooting that took place at 1022 Neal Flat Road in West Mahoning Twp., Indiana County.
The incident occurred on Friday, December 8, around 1:00 p.m.
The victim is listed as 50-year-old Brendan S. Couser of Punxsutawney.
There is no word on his current condition.
