State Police Calls: Brookville Woman Accused of Slapping Juvenile in Face

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following incidents:

Brookville Woman Accused of Slapping Juvenile in Face

PSP Punxsutawney is investigating a harassment incident that occurred sometime between 5:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, at a residence on U.S. Route 322 in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.

Police say it was reported that a known 45-year-old Brookville woman slapped a known juvenile on the face with her hand.

The victim is a seven-year-old male, of Brookville.

An investigation is ongoing.

The suspect’s name was not released.

DUI Crash in Henderson Township

Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating a DUI crash involving a known 20-year-old Reynoldsville woman near State Route 119 and Paradise Road in Henderson Township, Jefferson County.

Police say an investigation has also been launched into a known female furnishing alcohol to a minor.

The victim is a 24-year-old Stump Creek woman.

The vehicle involved is a 1999 Subaru Outback.
