State Police Calls: Criminal Trespass, Burnside DUI

State Police responded to the following calls:

Sigel Man Charged with Criminal Trespass in Farmington Township

FARMINGTON TWP., Pa. – Marienville-based State Police say around 12:15 p.m. on October 23, an incident of criminal trespass occurred at a property located off Arnold Avenue, in Farmington Township, Clarion County.

A known, 32-year-old Sigel man appeared at the above described located after the victim – a 36-year-old Leeper woman – told him not to return.

The suspect was cited for Criminal Trespass.

Burnside Man Arrested for DUI

BURNSIDE TWP., Pa. – Punxsutawney-based State Police say on October 28, a DUI arrest was made on Harmony Road, in Burnside Township, Clearfield County.

Police say a known, 28-year-old Burnside man was found sleeping in his car on the side of the road.

The suspect was believed to be under the influence of both drugs and alcohol and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lab results are pending.

The name of the suspect was not released.
