State Police Calls: DUI Arrest, Criminal Mischief

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Knox Township

According to police, around 9:38 p.m. on Friday, April 3, during a domestic altercation at a location on Center Hill Road in Knox Township, a known 47-year-old Brookville woman drove a 2006 Ford Explorer to another location while state police were on the scene.

Police say after talking to the woman, she was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Charges are pending.

The name of the driver was not released.

Criminal Mischief in Bell Township

Police say between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, an unknown individual(s) damaged a known 59-year-old Punxsutawney man’s black mailbox, valued at $50.00, at a location on Sunderland Land in Bell Township with an unknown blunt object or vehicle.
