State Police Calls: Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements, DUI/Prohibited Offensive Weapons

Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements in Snyder Township

According to State Police, an incident of failure to comply with registration requirements occurred sometime between 12:00 a.m. and 8:29 p.m. on October 26.

Police are conducting an investigation to determine if a known 48-year-old Brockway male suspect was in compliance with his registration requirements under Megan’s Law.

The investigation is ongoing.

DUI/Prohibited Offensive Weapons in Union Township, Clearfield County

According to State Police, a DUI and prohibited offensive weapons incident occurred at the intersection of Route 322 and DuBois Rockton Road in Union Township on November 21.

Police say that around 7:35 p.m., the known 19-year-old Clearfield male suspect was stopped for several summary traffic violations.

While speaking with the suspect, police reported a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from the inside of the vehicle.

During a search incident to arrest, a pair of brass knuckles were allegedly found in his possession.

The suspect was subsequently arrested for DUI of a controlled substance along with other summary traffic charges pending blood results.
