State Police Calls: Harassment, Theft

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Area state police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Reynoldsville

Around 2:50 a.m. on February 12, Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a location on Hill Street in Reynoldsville for a report of a domestic incident.

Police say upon investigation, 41-year-old Ryan O’Dell and 37-year-old Jessica Kulbatsky, both of Reynoldsville, were cited for harassment through District Court 54-3-02.

Theft in Polk Township

DuBois-based State Police are investigating a report of fraudulent charges that allegedly occurred over a one-year timespan.

Police say a known 70-year-old female victim from Brookville reported fraudulent charges that occurred between November 30, 2019, and November 30, 2020.

PSP DuBois released the above reports on Saturday, February 20, 2021.
