State Police Calls: Illegally Concealed Firearm, Incident of Harassment

Illegal Concealed Firearm in Reynoldsville Borough

Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of an illegally concealed firearm occurred around 7:22 p.m. on December 5, involving a known 46-year-old Sykesville man.

The known man was found to be in possession of a concealed handgun without a permit, as well as drugs and numerous items of paraphernalia in a 1997 Honda Accord at a location on Broadway Street near Rutter Alley in Reynoldsville Borough.

The name of the suspect was not released.

Harassment in Burnside Township

Around 5:36 p.m. on Sunday, December 6, Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a report of a domestic incident at a location on Stifflertown Road in Burnside Township, Clearfield County.

Police say both individuals involved, identified as a 32-year-old Cherry Tree woman and a 35-year-old Cherry Tree man, were cited for harassment.

The names of the individuals were not released.
