State Police Calls: Local Man Accused of Smashing Vehicle with Brick

DuBois-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Criminal Mischief in Reynoldsville Borough

Police say 31-year-old Matthew Craig Livingston, of DuBois, caused extensive damage to a vehicle located in a parking lot along State Route 322 in Reynoldsville Borough, Jefferson County.

Livingston allegedly smashed the vehicle with a brick and slashed its rear tires on May 6 around 6:15 a.m.

He was placed in the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Wanted Falls Creek Man Arrested on DUI Charges

Police responded to a report of an erratic driver along Fourth St. in Falls Creek Borough, Jefferson County, on May 5 around 9 p.m.

Police stopped the vehicle of 27-year-old Michael Paul Snyder, of Falls Creek, who was found to be a wanted person.

Additionally, he was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.

Snyder was taken into custody by the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department and transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
