JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following incidents:
Indecent Assault in Brookville
State Police in Punxsutawney responded to a personal care home along Route 28 in Brookville for a report of an indecent assault.
Trooper Fulmer said the incident, which involved two residents of the facility, occurred on January 10 around 9:00 p.m.
The victim is listed as a 61-year-old Brookville man.
No further details were released.
The case remains under investigation.
DUI in Young Township
State Police in Punxstuawney responded to an incident of DUI at 119 Yates Road in Young Township, Jefferson County, on January 12.
Trooper Malloy said a 31-year-old Rochester Mills man operating a 2008 Ford F-150 XLT was pulled over around 11:13 p.m. for driving under the influence.
His name was not released.
