State Police Calls: Public Drunkenness, DUI Arrest, Theft Investigation

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are investigating the following calls:

Public Drunkenness in Reynoldsville Borough

Around 11:01 p.m. on September 11, DuBois-based State Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a location on South 3rd Street in Reynoldsville Borough.

Police say the disturbance was caused by 38-year-old Dennis Morley, of Reynoldsville, who was reportedly intoxicated and disorderly.

DUI in Winslow Township

Around 1:24 a.m. on September 12, DuBois-based State Police initiated a traffic stop on a 2008 Jeep Compass on Wayne Road near Storage Boulevard in Winslow Township for summary vehicle code violations.

Police say through investigation, it was found that the driver, identified as a 21-year-old DuBois woman, was under the influence of a controlled substance.

The identity of the suspect was not released.

Theft in Winslow Township

DuBois-based State Police say around 5:30 a.m. on September 8, two unidentified suspects removed clothing from the donations box outside of the Goodwill store in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

Police say there are no investigative leads on the case at this time.
