State Police Calls: Retail Theft, Harassment

state_policeJEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Retail Theft in Brockway

A retail theft occurred around 3:50 p.m. on April 17 at the Dollar General, in Brockway Borough.

Dollar General reported that a perpetrator attempted to steal an item valued at $9.54.

The name of the perpetrator was not released.

No other information was provided.

Harassment in Falls Creek Borough

An incident of harassment occurred around 12:30 a.m. on April 10 at a residence along Deemer Avenue in Falls Creek Borough.

A known, Falls Creek female reported that a known, Brookville man made an advancement towards her and then grabbed her arm.

The appropriate charges were filed against the suspect via District Court 54-3-02, according to the police.

The name of the suspect was not released.
