JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) — Area State Police said DUI charges are pending following two recent traffic stops in the region.
Cpl. Robert C. Means III stopped Vance Creswell McCormick, 50, of Smicksburg, for a summary traffic violation Sunday on Route 954. Cpl. Means found McCormick to be driving under the influence.
Also on Sunday, Cpl. Means stopped Penny Marlene Jordan, 61, of Dayton, for a summary traffic violation on Route 839 in Armstrong County.
Cpl. Means found that Jordan was also DUI.
