JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – State Police in DuBois responded to the following incidents:
Theft at Temple Cemetery in Reynoldsville
According to police, an unknown actor(s) removed a 5-gallon red gas can containing gas from an unlocked red shed located on the Temple Cemetery property on Williams Road/State Route 28, in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County.
The incident occurred sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on November 13.
Police say the unknown actor(s) fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The value of the gas can containing gas is estimated at $50.00.
The investigation continues.
Retail Theft at 814 Hardware
State Police in DuBois are investigating an incident of retail that occurred on October 17, sometime between 8:00 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. at 814 Hardware located on State Route 219 in Brockway, Washington Township, Jefferson County.
Police say an unknown male stole four outdoor furniture cushions from 814 Hardware in Brockway.
The make of the vehicle is a gold (or silver) older-style 2000’s Honda Odyssey van.
