State Police Investigating Burglary in Snyder Township

SNYDER TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are currently investigating a burglary that took place at a residence in Snyder Township late last month.

According to police, a burglary took place at a residence on State Route 219 in Snyder Township sometime between 7 p.m. on September 25 and 7 a.m. on September 26.

Police say unknown individual(s) gained entry to a known 63-year-old Brockway woman’s residence and removed a safe, a laptop computer, a bag containing approximately $350.00 in change, and several other items before fleeing the scene.

According to police, door locks on the residence were also damaged.

The investigation is ongoing.
