Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating an incident of theft by deception following a report of unauthorized use of an Access card totaling $38.97.
Police said the incident occurred between 4:18 p.m. on December 27, 2018, and 11:31 a.m. on January 1, 2019.
The victim is listed as a 52-year-old Punxsutawney woman.
The investigation is ongoing.
