JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police issued a report on the results of a recent sobriety checkpoint.
Members from PSP Troop C, Punxsutawney, conducted a DUI checkpoint on August 19 and August 20, 2017.
The checkpoint focused on removing impaired drivers from the highways of the Commonwealth.
During the checkpoint, members of Troop C initiated four DUI arrests for alcohol and/or drug impairment.
A total of 12 citations were issued along with three written warning for various traffic violations.
