State Police Seek Information on Vehicle Thefts in Jefferson County


PINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating two vehicle thefts.

Police began their investigation on December 11 after a traffic stop was conducted revealing the driver, a known 27-year-old man, was in possession of a brown 2003 GMC Sierra C35 belonging to a 51-year-old Brookville man.

The victim said the GMC “should have been sitting in front of his residence” on Route 322 in Pine Creek Township.

The victim also said a dark blue 2000 Chevy Blazer was missing from the same residence.

The second suspect is a 24-year-old man.
