Steven W. Brown Sr., 53, DuBois, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born August 18, 1967, he was the son of the late Raymond Brown and Bonnie (Hoover) Brown.
On July 20, 2011, he married Darlene (Hunt) Brown in Saxton, PA. She survives.
Steven worked as a mason and a laborer for 20 years. He enjoyed camping, playing cards, and watching Philadelphia Eagles football. Steven was a member of the I.P.& S Club and the Sandy Club. He attended Tri-County Church.
In addition to his mother and wife, Steven is survived by four children, Tonya Martin, Steven Brown Jr., Craig Brown, and Tiffany Brown, all of DuBois; three grandchildren, Emilee Brown, Aaliyah Williams, and Karter Anthony; four brothers, Joda (Beverly) Brown, Florida, John (Brenda) Brown, DuBois, Anthony (Anna) Brown, Reynoldsville, and Larry Lynn Donaldson Jr., DuBois, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Steven was preceded in death by his father and step-father, Larry Donaldson Sr.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until noon at the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 p.m. from the funeral chapel. To adhere to current state regulations, face coverings are required and social distancing will be practiced. In addition, visitors are asked to keep their visit brief to allow others to pay their respects.
