Police say 27-year-old Matthew Wagner, of Summerville, went to the ISDA Club on North Findley Street and attempted to use a false name to gain entry to the club.
Wagner was unable to produce a membership card upon request and was told to leave by employees.
While leaving the club, Wagner allegedly kicked the door open shattering the glass and damaging the door.
Damage was estimated at $284.00. Police were summoned to the scene and a non-traffic citation was filed at Magistrate Chambers office, charging Wagner with Criminal Mischief.
