CLOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a Summerville man was charged with Criminal Trespass following an incident that occurred around 12:00 p.m. on September 16, at a location on Route 28, in Clover Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, 21-year-old Austin Jeffrey Shields, of Summerville, was cited for Criminal Trespass after he allegedly trespassed on a 41-year-old Summerville woman’s property.
A summary Non-Traffic Citation was filed at Magisterial District Justice office 54-3-03.
