Summerville Man Jailed in 2013 Theft

geerMONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State Police have filed felony charges against a Summerville man following an investigation into a 2013 theft in Clarion County.

Clarion-based State Police have filed charges against 34-year-old William C. Geer Jr., of Summerville, in connection with an October 2013 theft in Monroe Township.

The following charges have been filed against Geer:

  • Theft By Unlawful Taking-Movable Property, Felony 3
  • Receiving Stolen Property, Felony 3

Geer was placed in the Clarion County Jail after failing to post $5,000 cash bail.

He faces a preliminary hearing on December 15 before Magisterial District Judge Timothy P. Schill.
