LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police say around 7:30 p.m. on June 26, an assault occurred at a residence on Olean Trail, in Limestone Township, Clarion County.
According to police, three known females of Summerville – a 19-year-old; a 14-year-old; and a 47-year-old – engaged in a physical altercation at the above described location.
The 19-year-old female was found to have consumed alcohol, police say.
She was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Timothy on Simple Assault and Underage Drinking.
Unable to post $5,000.00 straight cash bail, the teen was committed to the Clarion County Jail.
The name of the accused was not released.
