Suzanne E. Smith, 69, 1930 Stevenson Hill Road, Reynoldsville, died Wednesday night, June 3, 2015, at the DuBois Nursing Home.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home, Reynoldsville.
Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home in Reynoldsville.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015, at the Falls Creek United Methodist Church, Falls Creek, with the Rev. Leon Blose officiating.
