Sykesville Woman Jailed for Allegedly Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution

handcuffsWINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – A Sykesville woman is facing charges after she allegedly hindered the apprehension or prosecution of another person.

According to court documents, Deborah Sue Fleeger, 53, of Sykesville, is charged with third-degree felony hindering the apprehension or prosecution by providing aid to another person on September 3 in Winslow Township.

She is also charged with third-degree felony hindering apprehension or prosecution by providing false information to law enforcement officers.

She was arraigned at 10:45 a.m. on September 3 before District Judge David Inzana.

Unable to post bail of $30,000.00 cash, she was placed in the Jefferson County Jail.

A preliminary hearing has been set for 1:30 p.m. on September 22 with Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana presiding.
