BELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a theft occurred on Albion Road, in Bell Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on November 5, a known 14-year-old male suspect, of Punxsutawney, removed $50.00 and a battery to an electronic cigarette from an property on Albion Road.
The value of the amount stolen is approximately $70.00.
The victim is a 41-year-old Punxsutawney man.
Charges are pending against the suspect.
