SANDY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to DuBois-based State Police, around 3:40 a.m. on December 28, a DUI arrest was made on State Route 219, on Rich Highway, in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.
Police say 19-year-old Dane Forrest Bright, of DuBois, was stopped for a traffic violation.
According to police, while speaking with the suspect during the stop, a strong odor of marijuana was allegedly present, coming from the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle yielded drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
Bright was subsequently arrested for DUI and other summary charges pending blood results.
