Three Injured in Two-Car Crash in Brady Township

A moving ambulance on it''s way to a crash site.BRADY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to DuBois-based State Police, a two-car accident occurred around 1:59 p.m. on April 8, on Carson Hill Road (State Route 322), at its intersection with Oklahoma-Salem Road, in Brady Township, Clearfield County.

Police say 70-year-old Kathleen M. Malmberg, of Grampian, and 18-year-old Teja J. Kaylor, of Rossiter, were involved in the collision.

According to police, Malmberg and Kaylor were traveling eastbound on SR 322; Kaylor attempted to make a left turn onto Oklahoma-Salem Road and was stopped to yield to oncoming traffic.

Malmberg was distracted and failed to stop before her 2011 Chevrolet Malibu crashed into the rear of Kaylor’s 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt.

The Malibu sustained minor frontal damage; it was not disabled.

The Cobalt sustained minor rear end damage and was towed from the scene.

Malmberge was using a seat belt and was not injured.

Kaylor and two passengers – 40-year-old Buffy L. Dolan and 18-year-old Dorain Murray, both of DuBois – were transported to Penn Highlands Hospital due to reported head and neck injuries, police say.

Brady Township, DuBois City Ambulance, and Mottman’s Towing assisted at the scene.

Malmberg was charged with a traffic violation.
