BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Following the completion of the investigation, Brookville Borough Police are filing criminal conspiracy and criminal trespass against three persons for their alleged involvement in an incident on East Main Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
It is alleged that around 6:30 p.m. on May 19, a 35-year-old Reynoldsville woman, a 32-year-old Brookville man, and a 59-year-old Falls Creek man went to the residence of a known Brookville man and entered the residence without his permission or consent.
Following their entry, the Reynoldsville woman took the couple’s infant child and left after being told to leave.
