YOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating an incident of retail theft that occurred on July 13 around 9:00 p.m. at the Punxsutawney Wal-Mart in Young Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, Alex Amir Stewart, 18, Tyhee Danta Ivey, 18 and and 18-year-old male, all from Punxsutawney were seen removing various items from the electronics isle of Wal-Mart.
The concealment was witnessed by the Wal-Mart Theft Officer.
All three individuals were cited with PA Crimes Code 3929 Retail Theft through District Court 54-3-01.
The investigation is ongoing.
