Timblin Woman Faces Assault Charges

Police CarTIMBLIN, Pa. (EYT) – A Timblin woman is being charged with simple assault and harassment from a incident that occurred on September 11 in Timblin, Jefferson County.

According to online court documents, Kimberly Dawn Yingling, 46, of Timblin, was arraigned at 8:45 a.m. on September 12 before District Judge Gregory M Bazylak.

She faces charges of second-degree misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment in District Court 54-03-03.

Bail was set at $25,000.00 unsecured.

A preliminary hearing has been set for 10:00 a.m. on November 24 with District Judge Douglas Robert Chambers presiding.
