Traffic Stop in Rose Township Leads to DUI, Drug Charges Filed Against Brookville Teen

ROSE TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Brookville man is facing charges after he was discovered driving under the influence of a controlled substance in Rose Township, Jefferson County.

According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, around 5:52 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 18-year-old Cheyton Elijah Styslinger, of Brookville, was stopped for a summary traffic violation.

During the stop, Styslinger was found to be in possession of a controlled substance as well as related paraphernalia.

Styslinger was further determined to be DUI on a controlled substance.

Charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak’s office.
