Traffic Stop Leads to DUI & Drug Possession Arrest on Route 219

state_policeBRADY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – A 29-year-old DuBois man was arrested for DUI and drug-related offenses around 1:22 a.m. on June 3, on State Route 219, in Luthersburg, Brady Township, Clearfield County.

According to DuBois-based State Police, 29-year-old Timothy Daniel Marshall, of DuBois, was stopped for a summary traffic violation.

While speaking to Marshall during the stop, a strong odor of marijuana was allegedly present coming from the vehicle, police say.

A search of the vehicle allegedly yielded a small amount of marijuana, according to police.

Marshall was subsequently arrested for DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana with charges pending blood results, police say.

He also faces summary traffic violations, according to police.
