CHEST TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to an incident at a residence on North Camp Road, Chest Township, Clearfield County.
Police say upon arriving on scene, they learned that Dennis C. Pennington, of Northern Cambria, and Victoria L. Small, of LaJose, had allegedly subjected each other to unwanted physical contact during an argument.
Pennington and Small were both cited for Harassment, according to police.
