Two Escape Injury in Reynoldsville Collision

REYNOLDSVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Two people escaped injury in a two-vehicle crash on Jackson Street in Reynoldsville Borough, Jefferson County.

Punxsutawney-based State Police say the crash occurred on October 20 on Jackson Street at its intersection with South 5th Street.

Police say a 2010 Chevrolet Impala operated by Heidi Kunselman, 57, of Reynoldsville, and a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox operated by Deborah Smith, 64, of Reynoldsville, approached the intersection at approximately 7:15 p.m.

Kunselman began traveling through the four-way intersection and her vehicle was subsequently struck by Smith’s vehicle.

After impact, Kunselman swerved and crashed into a utility pole.

Neither driver was charged, according to police.

Reynoldsville VFD assisted at the scene.
