The passenger of the vehicle – a 17-year-old Reynoldsville male – exited prior to the arrival of the first responders.

The driver of the vehicle – 18-year-old Amity L. Mikelonis, of Reynoldsville – was mechanically extricated from the vehicle.

Both Mikelonis and the 17-year-old male were transported by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

The severity of the teens’ injuries are unknown, police say.

Reynoldsville Fire Department and Ambulance Services and DuSan EMS assisted at the scene.
